Empowered to Evolve, LLC is a virtual psychotherapy practice where Black women learn to understand, accept, and love themselves.
What is Relational Therapy?
Relational therapy is a special area of mental health counseling that is based on the idea that your emotional well-being is tied to your interactions with others. In other words, your relationships matter!
These “interactions” are not limited to romantic relationships.
In therapy we explore how your mental health is impacted by ALL of your relationships (romantic, professional, familial, etc.), including the most important one -- the relationship you have with yourself.

The fun part… We get to talk about how you -- a unique complex individual with a rich life history and roots, saturated in culture, memories, and years of different experiences -- show up to each of these interactions. (This part is my favorite!)

At Empowered to Evolve, I encourage Black women to become the best version of themselves, in relationships and in life. My goal is to provide a space for Black women to unpack challenges that may be causing distress or self-doubt. Whether you're unpacking relational challenges, navigating new terrain or transitions, or simply figuring out how to get to the next level in life, I am here to help.
